Coronado Plaza

Coronado Plaza is an approximately 100,778 sq.ft. shopping center, anchored by Fry’s Food and Drug, Dollar Tree and Deseret Industries. Shop apace retailers include Colortyme, Little Caesar’s Pizza, Martinizing Dry Cleaning, Mail Boxes Etc., 99¢ Store, Style America and Jackson Hewitt. Mandarin Restaurant is on the Grant Road PAD (which is not a part) and Applebee Farms Restaurant is on the corner PAD.

Grant Road is a major east/west arterial, connecting I-10 to the west and Tanque Verde and Kolb Roads on Tucson’s far-east side. First Avenue is a major north/south street connecting the downtown and U of A area to the south with the affluent Catalina foothills to the north. The immediate area is a densely populated lower to middle income residential area.
