Oracle Gateway is an 81,232 square foot mixed use center anchored by dd's Discounts and is located at the northeast corner of Oracle and Pastime Roads just south of the Tucson Mall. Target recently redeveloped its property and built a new Super Target one block to the north and the Tucson Mall is less than a ½ mile further north on Oracle Road and also has recently undergone a major expansion with a new REI, Cheesecake Factory, H & M Department Store, and In-N-Out Burger.  Nearly every major retailer in the Tucson trade area is on Oracle Road.
