Oracle Plaza is a +120,000 square foot shopping center anchored by Bed, Bath & Beyond, TJ Maxx, Pueblo Galleria, Beverage Warehouse, Patio Pools, and Woodcraft Stores. Oracle Road (aka AZ 77) is a major retail/office corridor, connecting downtown Tucson with the rapidly growing northwest area of Tucson and Oro Valley.  The center is just less than two miles north of the Tucson Mall.  Orange Grove Road connects with I-10 to the West and Skyline Drive which turns into Sunrise Drive, traversing the affluent Catalina Foothills area, making it a major east/west arterial for Tucson to the east. This Foothills trade area is medium to upper income.
