Kino Gateway

Kino Gateway Center is a 30 acre retail development anchored by Fry’s Food & Drug Store, Dollar Tree, Blockbuster Video and Ace Hardware. There are various PADs available for ground lease and build-to-suit ranging in size from 20,000 to 140,000 square feet. The development is located at the northeast corner of Campbell Avenue and Irvington Road.
